Alejandra Valenza, SLP is a bilingual Spanish speaking speech-language pathologist born in Argentina, with clinical experience working with both the adult and pediatric populations. Ms. Valenza completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Florida Atlantic University, and holds a SLP licence in the state of Florida. She is also certified in Vital Stim, experienced in delivering speech and language services in conjunction with neuromuscular electrical stimulation.
Ms. Valenza prides herself as being a diverse clinician with equal enthusiasm for treating both children and adults. She has worked in numerous clinical settings including Hospital, Nursing Homes, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Private Practice. Her clinical experience includes evaluation and treatment of expressive/receptive language disorders, Dysarthria, Multiple Sclerosis, Apraxia, Aphasia, Parkinson’s, Traumatic Brain Injury, voice disorders, dysphagia, fluency disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, language processing difficulties, learning disabilities, and literacy deficits. Ms. Valenza is always able to provide the highest quality of services in an effort to assist in improving the quality of life of her patients. In her spare time she enjoys diving, opera and traveling.
